On completion of a Routes course(s) progress will be reviewed and next steps planned in partnership with the key worker. Work placements/tasters can be arranged in areas relating to the course studied, visits to college departments can be organised and assistance with applications to college and training providers given as follow-up. Depending on circumstances, it may be possible for young people to move through the skills pipeline but retain some involvement with Routes to support a successful transition.
